Dajihui Exhibition Hall

Dajihui Exhibition Hall is a sales center in Shenzhen covering 936 square meters. Gray marble forms the main surfaces, combined with geometric shapes and bright color accents. Sharp, round and streamlined forms are integrated to create a refreshing sensory experience. A ribbon shaped staircase is the main route between the upper and lower functional spaces and the central theme of the design. Lighting of the ceiling, walls and floor unites the building and the space. Materials include stone, color acrylic, fluorocarbon, baking paint aluminum plate and stainless steel.

Longwan

Longwan Three Realms is a sales center covering 480 square meters. The layout uses circulation paths to divide functional areas and guide visitors. A custom wooden grille system encloses space while remaining permeable, keeping the original building frame and reducing added elements. Materials with natural qualities are layered to engage sight, touch and smell. A crushed stone mosaic floor reuses stone waste and avoids the cold feeling of standard marble or tiles. Art installations are made of pulp, a recyclable and easily shaped material. The design aims to convey calm and positive emotion.

Skyview Mansion

Skyview Mansion is a sales center in Lumu, Suzhou, China, covering 458 square meters. The design draws on Jiangnan water towns, local classical gardens and imperial brick kilns, with simplicity, elegance and eternity as the theme. Above the property models area, an artistic lighting fixture reinterprets the layering of traditional gray-tile eaves. The crystal material glitters and creates a mist-like visual effect. A golden wall lamp with a water ripple form adds a calm rhythm to the interior. Local culture is presented through a modern and simple design language.

Mountain Mansion

Mountain Mansion is a sales center interior covering 1085 square meters. The design is inspired by descriptions of mountain residences written by ancient scholars. Modern curves and lines are combined with geometric shapes throughout the space. Part of the original floor is raised, and stairs mark the change in level. The open layout and freely arranged furniture allow community events, theme sharing and product presentations. Materials include stone, wood finish, metal, wire glass, acrylic and film free of heavy metals and volatile organic solvents.

Sincere Garden

Sincere Garden is a sales center in Wuhan, China. The design draws on the cultural heritage of the city and simplifies oriental architectural symbols. Eaves, wood veined aluminum finishes and traditional tenon and mortise joints shape the details. The exterior uses a gray palette, transparent glass, imitation stone paint, aluminum plate and stone. Inside, wood veneer with annual rings echoes the ancient camphor trees in the garden. Off-white sandstone, black stone floors and walnut veneer create a calm atmosphere. Large glass areas bring daylight and link indoors with outdoors.

The One Mansion

The One Mansion is a sales center in Xi'an, China, covering 2000 square meters. The interior design draws on the history of Chang'an, including Qin and Han clothing, Chang'an food, Tang palaces, the Silk Road, drum music and Qin opera. Metal, stone and glass form strong lines and a modern character with a technological feeling. Wood veneer adds warmth, while galaxy grey stone gives a calm tone. Plants and sustainable materials bring nature indoors. The meeting area combines a glass and bookshelf screen with a round table, joining firm and soft qualities.

Wan Yue Complex is a sales center designed as an immersive retail and cultural space. The interior draws on local regional character and combines classical and modern elements. Curved lines taken from the decorative arts shape the interior, and large single-cut artificial rocks join tradition with modern form. Retail units are arranged one by one along an axial corridor. Wuhan UI is a sales center interior inspired by the water culture of Wuhan. Sound and space form the framework of the design concept. Original music was composed for the interior, and the sound tracks are mixed invisibly through the rooms, so visitors move as if within a sound field. A spiral staircase leads toward the sound source on the second floor, so the route is guided by hearing as well as by sight. Art installations combine stairs, a bronze mirror and a hanging stone. Materials include artistic lacquer, decorative brick and artificial stone with wood grains.

Into the Heart

Into the Heart is a sales center interior designed for a property development company in Taipei, Taiwan. The 224 square meter space includes a reception counter, a negotiation area, a VIP room, a model room display area and a staff lounge. Gray stone marble panels with a rough surface cover the walls and the beam structure, while warm wood adds a simple and rustic tone. Curved elements soften the interior, and warm yellow lighting creates a friendly atmosphere. Sliding glass doors define the meeting area and keep the space bright while retaining privacy.

The layout draws on the sequential roofs of traditional Jiangnan houses and expresses Eastern wisdom through modern methods. Delicacy of Nature is a residential sales center located in Shandong, China, completed in 2019 and covering 1800 square meters. The interior brings together oriental philosophy and a modern aesthetic. The reception lobby creates a calm and scholarly atmosphere. Delicate marble and mortise-and-tenon structures recall traditional craftsmanship. Black, white and grey tones are used throughout. The open meeting area is decorated with oriental paintings, while stones from Zibo and a ceiling installation complete the space.
