Center Manor

In the design of the sales office, the designer has followed the cultural context and innovated beyond expectation, and achieved a balance between the historical tradition and modern life. Neat square shape and graceful round shape are typical Chinese design elements which help to create an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. While simple black and white highlight the elegance of the space. Wooden furniture and soft white fabrics complement each other, interpreting the elegance of traditional Chinese style in a modern way.

Navigator

The original building is a 100-year-old Tianjin shipyard, respecting and paying tribute to the historical significance of the original building. The designer designed the project through the concept of a large ship driving on the sea, connecting the original showroom and the sales office which two separate buildings, through a corridor to form a complete building, and using the streamlined shape of the ship to design the building's outline, and with the design of the waterscape, the shape of thea large ship driving on the sea is formed.

The Skull

The Skull Lounge design was inspired by industrial workspaces, abandoned warehouses and post-apocalyptic movie. The idea was to create a detailed interior concept that proudly displays the building materials that many try to conceal. It’s about adding a raw, unfinished design look mixed with a touch of comfort. The subspaces were inspired by fire camps, to bring some intimity in such a huge space and to create a more relaxed atmosphere and add a sense of homeliness to the environment.

Qiantang Metropolis

Inspired by the tide of Qiantang River, the design created a flexible and dynamic space with modern skills. Water elements were applied in the art gallery. With the gurgling river pattern on the suspended ceiling, the glistening lights, the water texture on the wall and floor as well as the romantic art decorations, it reappears the Qiantang River in the space.

Vanke Master

It is a simple, elegant, natural, unadorned, and quiet place. It represents an abstract image, a feeling, a spirit. It integrates the temperament and interests of literati with their practical demands. The natural elegance in the space turns into a subtle rhythm, which can arouse meditation on life and bring comfort on soul along with the changing of lights and shadows.

Bamboo Breeze

Designer believes that "space should give people an opportunity to think." The use of rich transparency to express spatial relationships continues through these different façades — with the design of eight screen-style panoramic high windows, the bamboo landscape outside the building becomes the backdrop for the central core of the interior.The double entrance designed to meet the expectations of the owners undoubtedly brings the contrast between contemporary and classical.
